Salad Production Worker

Candidates: Men, women up to 65 years of age.
City of work: Niepruszewo.
Salary:
- 25.50 zł/hour net with an attendance rate of at least 95%. This rate already includes an additional 1.50 zł for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 23 zł/hour net in case of unexcused absences from work;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 upon providing a valid student status certificate.
Work schedule:
- Flexible (rotating) work schedule;
- The schedule follows this pattern: 2 working days on the first shift, followed by 2 working days on the second shift and then 2 days off;
- Additional shifts are available upon request, allowing employees to work up to 6 days per week;
- The working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift: 06:00 - 16:00;
- Second shift: 16:00 - 02:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 450 zł per month, and this amount is deducted from the salary;
- For students, accommodation costs 800 zł per month, and this amount is also deducted from the salary;
- If you rent your own accommodation and commute to work independently, you receive an additional 3 zł net for each hour worked: 1.50 zł for your own accommodation and 1.50 zł for commuting independently;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- Rooms are shared by 2 - 4 people.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- The temperature in the production areas where salads are processed ranges from +3 to +7 degrees;
- The company provides a comfortable canteen equipped with refrigerators and microwaves, as well as changing rooms with showers and individual lockers for personal belongings;
- Appearance requirements must be followed: eyelash extensions and artificial nails are not allowed, and nails must be short and without any polish or coating. Wearing jewelry and piercings during work is also prohibited;
- Smoking is prohibited on the company premises;
- Headphones may be used during work;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 200 zł per month, which is deducted from the salary;
- A sanitary certificate is provided free of charge if you work for at least 3 months. It is valid for 2 years and is given to you for personal use. If you work for less than 3 months, 250 zł will be deducted from your salary;
- The medical examination is free of charge if you work for at least 3 months. If you work for less than 3 months, 150 zł will be deducted from your salary.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and preparing lettuce, carrots, and cabbage for further processing;
- Cutting and cleaning lettuce on the production line;
- Washing, drying, and packing tomatoes;
- Monitoring the packaging process and applying labels to finished products;
- Packing prepared salads into cardboard boxes;
- Stacking boxes and finished products on pallets;
- Wrapping and securing finished pallets with packaging film;
- Loading products into the cutting machine;
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy.
