Automotive Door Handle Production Worker

Candidates: Men, women up to 55 years of age.
City of work: Tychy.
Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 upon providing a certificate confirming student status.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Each shift lasts 8 hours;
- The first shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift runs from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift runs from 22:00 to 06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 15 zł per day (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an additional 1.50 zł is paid for each hour worked;
- 3 - 4 people share a room.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Working on a production conveyor line;
- Assembling and connecting automotive door handle components;
- Quality control of finished products;
- Packing finished products;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.
Additional information:
- Before starting work, an introductory tour of the facility is provided, during which you can see the production area, learn about the work processes, speak with the management, and try performing the main tasks in practice;
- Good eyesight and the ability to work as part of a team are important for this job;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to commute independently by public transport. A bus stop is located directly next to the facility, making the commute convenient;
- Work clothing costs 200 zł, and the amount is deducted from the salary;
- The medical examination costs 180 zł, and the amount is deducted from the salary.

- Basic knowledge of Polish.
