Books and Stationery Warehouse Worker

Candidates: Men, women up to 45 years of age.
City of work: Błonie.
Salary:
- 25.60 zł/hour net upon signing PIT-2;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 with a valid document confirming student status;
- Employees who commute to work using their own car and can provide transportation for other employees receive an additional commuting allowance.
Work schedule:
- Work is from Monday to Friday, with the option to work additional Saturdays occasionally;
- The working day lasts 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- Additional hours are available provided that the required targets are met and an appropriate level of productivity is maintained;
- On average, employees can work up to 260 hours per month.
Schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Schedule for a 10-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 16:00 to 02:00 or from 20:00 to 06:00.
Schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees who arrange their own accommodation receive an additional 1 zł for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in houses or hostels;
- Up to 4 people share a room;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Some accommodation is within walking distance of the warehouse, while other locations have access to the workplace by public transport.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and assembling orders for books and stationery products;
- Using a scanner during order picking;
- Sorting books and stationery products;
- Placing goods in designated warehouse locations;
- Placing picked goods on a manual warehouse trolley;
- Moving goods between warehouse trolleys when necessary;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.
Additional information:
- During work, employees use a scanner to pick orders and place the collected goods on a manual warehouse trolley;
- Transportation to the warehouse is not provided, so employees need to commute to work independently by public transport;
- The medical examination and sanitary certificate are provided free of charge if the employee works for at least 3 months. If the employee works for less than 3 months, 100 zł will be deducted from the salary.
