Automotive Parts Production Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 60 years old.
Work location: Świdnica.
Salary:
- The estimated salary is 4850 zł gross per month for 168 hours worked.
- An additional bonus of up to 800 zł is available.
- Saturday work is paid with a 100% bonus.
- Overtime work is paid with a 50% bonus.
- Night shift work is paid with a 20% bonus.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday.
- The working day lasts 8 hours.
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00.
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
- Overtime is available, providing an opportunity to earn more.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 675 zł per month. The amount is deducted from the salary.
- Employees are accommodated in houses, apartments, or hostels.
- Rooms are shared by 3 to 5 people.
- The accommodation is equipped with comfortable beds and essential household facilities.
- Couples are provided with a separate room for comfortable living.
- Employees must bring their own bed linen for personal hygiene and comfort.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence card.
Additional information:
- The work is performed standing near production equipment.
- The parts are lightweight, so the job does not involve significant physical strain.
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so employees need to commute independently by public transport or on foot.
- Employees need to bring their own lunch.
- Workwear is provided.
- The medical examination is free of charge.
Responsibilities:
- Following quality control requirements and packaging rules.
- Sorting production waste according to established standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.
- Monitoring product quality during the production process.
- Reporting any detected deviations or defects to the supervisor.
- Cooperating with the quality department when non-conformities are identified.
