Work city: Konstantynów Łódzki.
Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 26.68 - 27.68 zł/hour net for employees under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- There is an option to work additional hours on Saturdays to earn more;
- The work shift lasts from 8 to 10 hours;
- The first shift runs from 06:00 to 16:00;
- The second shift runs from 14:00 to 22:00;
- There are no night shifts;
- Employees are provided with at least 200 working hours per month.
Accommodation:
- The accommodation costs 550 zł/month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees who rent accommodation independently may receive an additional 2 zł for each hour worked (eligibility for this allowance should be confirmed at the office during registration);
- Employees are provided with accommodation in a house;
- 2 - 3 people share each room.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- Before starting work, candidates take a practical sewing test to assess their skill level;
- The work takes place in comfortable conditions at a modern production facility that manufactures soft foam products, educational materials, and developmental toys for schools and kindergartens;
- The facility currently has 12 workstations, with plans to increase this number to 20 in the near future;
- Meals are not provided at the workplace, so employees should bring their own lunch;
- The accommodation is located approximately 2 km from the workplace. Employees can get to work on foot or by public bus. If they use the bus, the cost of the travel pass is reimbursed;
- Temporary accommodation in Opole is provided during the registration process. The cost is 250 zł and must be paid in cash at the time of registration.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a seamstress.
Responsibilities:
- Sewing covers for foam products, including swings, ball pits, soft play shapes, and seat cushions;
- Operating a sewing machine;
- Joining prepared pieces according to provided samples;
- Performing other sewing tasks depending on the stage of production;
- Checking the quality of finished products;
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
