Worker on a Plastic Crate Washing Line

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old.
Work location: Vilnius.
Salary:
- 7.05 €/hour gross for hour the daytime;
- 10.57 €/hour gross for hour at night from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule:
- Rotating (shift-based) work schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The schedule follows this system: 3 day shifts, 3 days off, then 3 night shifts and another 3 days off. The cycle then repeats;
- Each work shift lasts 12 hours;
- The day shift runs from 06:30 to 18:30;
- The night shift runs from 18:30 to 06:30;
- During the shift, there are short 10-minute breaks every 2 hours, as well as one 30-minute meal break;
- On average, you can work around 170 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 150 - 200 € per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Employees are accommodated in apartments;
- Two people share each room.
Employment contract: Official employment contract.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime or with temporary protection in Lithuania.
Additional information:
- The work is performed standing in an enclosed area with high humidity;
- Work shoes, a high-visibility vest, and a safety helmet are provided;
- You need to have your own comfortable clothing for work;
- The temperature inside the facility is maintained between +18°C and +25°C;
- You need to commute to work by public transport;
- The medical examination costs 20 € and must be paid immediately;
- A forklift certificate costs 100 € and must be paid immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing plastic crates for washing and further storage;
- Dismantling stacks of crates;
- Loading crates for pre-washing;
- Sorting crates by size and type;
- Inspecting crates and separating damaged ones;
- Removing debris, old labels, barcodes, and other markings;
- Stacking clean crates on pallets;
- Wrapping pallets with stretch film;
- Moving prepared pallets to the storage or shipping area;
- Cleaning the work area after completing the work.
