Cable Wiring Production Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Starachowice.
Salary:
- 22.36 zł/hour net without signing the PIT-2 declaration.
- 24.50 zł/hour net with a signed PIT-2 declaration.
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a valid student certificate).
- Bonus of up to 400 zł gross per month for good attendance and productivity. The bonus is paid after two fully completed months of work.
Additional bonuses for employees living in the provided accommodation:
- More than 190 hours per month — an additional 0.50 zł net for each hour worked.
- More than 250 hours per month — a 200 zł net bonus.
- More than 300 hours per month — a 300 zł net bonus.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. Additional shifts on Saturday or Sunday may occasionally be available.
- During the first month, employees work 8 hours per day due to training and adaptation.
- After completing the training, it is possible to work 10 or 12 hours per day depending on the company’s needs.
- Shifts rotate weekly and cannot be chosen individually.
- On average, around 240 working hours per month.
8-hour schedule:
- First shift: 06:30–14:30.
- Second shift: 14:30–22:30.
- Third shift: 22:30–06:30.
- One 20-minute break is provided.
12-hour schedule:
- First shift: 06:30–18:30.
- Second shift: 18:30–06:30.
- Two breaks of 20 and 10 minutes are provided.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 400 zł per month. The amount is deducted from the salary.
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment.
- 4 people share one room.
- Separate rooms are provided for couples.
- Rooms are equipped with standard single-level beds.
- Employees need to bring their own bed linen and dishes.
- Employees who arrange their own accommodation receive an additional 1 zł for each hour worked.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Additional information:
- A comfortable room temperature is maintained at the workplace throughout the year.
- Employees are assigned to different work processes according to the company’s current needs. Couples, relatives, and friends may work different shifts, processes, or at different locations.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail are required for this job.
- Employees need to have their own closed work shoes at the beginning.
- Employees receive a set of work clothes: 3 T-shirts, trousers, and shoes. The cost of the set is 200 zł. Employees who work for at least 3 months do not have to pay for it. If they work for less than 3 months, 200 zł is deducted from their salary.
- The medical examination costs 80 zł. The cost is reimbursed after at least 3 months of work. If the employee works for less than 3 months, 80 zł is deducted from the salary.
- Employees can travel to work free of charge by public transport or company bus. The bus journey takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Free transportation is provided for employees who work for at least 3 months. If the employment period is shorter, transportation costs may be deducted from the salary.
Accommodation conditions:
Many accommodation options are available, so living conditions may vary.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging wires according to a diagram on a special assembly board.
- Connecting individual components.
- Securing components with clips or electrical tape.
- Assembling complete wiring sets for further installation.
- Working with assembly boards of different sizes according to clear instructions.
