Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old.
Work location: Rogoźnica-Kolonia.
Salary:
- 24 zł/hour net — standard rate.
- 24.70 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old.
- 25.50 zł/hour net with a signed PIT-2 declaration.
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a valid student certificate).
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday.
- Shift duration — 12 hours.
- Day shift: 06:00–18:00.
- Night shift: 18:00–06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł per month. The amount is deducted from the salary.
- Separate rooms are available for couples. The cost is 600 zł per month per person.
- Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel.
- 2–4 people stay in each room.
- Rooms are equipped with standard single-level beds.
- The commute from the accommodation to work takes approximately 15–20 minutes.
- Drinking alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the accommodation premises. Repeated violations of these rules may result in dismissal.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible under visa-free entry, with a visa, or a residence card.
Additional information:
- The work is performed standing next to a conveyor line.
- The temperature in the work areas ranges from 0 to +17°C.
- Employees are provided with free hot meals during the working day.
- Free transportation from the hostels to the workplace is provided. Employees who have their own accommodation can arrange a convenient pick-up point with the driver.
- A set of warm work clothes is provided: an insulated jacket, trousers, work shoes, a hat, and gloves. If an employee leaves before completing 3 months of work, the set must be returned. If it is not returned, 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
- The sanitary booklet costs 200 zł. The amount is deducted from the salary.
- The medical certificate costs 100 zł. The amount is deducted from the salary.
- Men have the opportunity for career growth to a machine operator position. The main responsibility in this position is monitoring the operation of fruit-sorting equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting fruits.
- Checking products for quality and defects.
- Selecting good-quality fruits for further packaging.
- Packaging finished products.
- Men additionally stack packed boxes on pallets.
