Candidates: Women and couples up to 50 years old.
Work location: Jirny.
Salary:
- Salary — 38,000 Kč gross per month.
- After 6 months of employment, the salary increases to 41,000 Kč gross per month.
- 20% extra pay for night shifts.
- 25% extra pay for working on weekends.
- 100% extra pay for working on public holidays.
- An additional 1,000 Kč is paid for each Saturday worked.
- Overtime hours are paid separately.
- At the end of the year, a bonus of up to 25% of the monthly salary is provided, provided that the employee has not taken sick leave during the year.
- The average monthly earnings are 30,000–40,000 Kč net, depending on the number of night shifts, Saturdays worked, and overtime hours.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. Saturday work may occasionally be required.
- The standard working day is 8 hours. When there is a high volume of orders, the shift may be extended to 10–12 hours.
- First shift: 06:00–14:30.
- Second shift: 20:00–04:30.
- The schedule may change depending on production volume and the number of orders.
- The finishing time may vary because all products must be processed within the day.
- One 30-minute break is provided during an 8-hour shift.
- Two 30-minute breaks are provided during a 10–12-hour shift.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory located near the workplace.
- The cost of accommodation is 7,000 Kč per month. The amount is deducted from the salary.
- There are 2–4 people per room.
- Separate rooms are provided for couples.
- The rooms are equipped with standard single-level beds.
- Bed linen is provided, so there is no need to bring your own.
Type of employment contract: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP).
