Automotive Parts Production Worker

Candidates: Women up to 50 years old.
Work location: Břeclav.
Salary:
- 145 - 176 Kč/hour gross basic rate;
- Additional payments are provided for night shifts and work on weekends and public holidays;
- Bonus of up to 9%;
- Attendance bonus of 1600 Kč;
- Qualification bonus of up to 1250 Kč.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The shift duration is 8 hours;
- Work is carried out in three shifts, including day and night shifts;
- A 30-minute break is provided during each shift.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 30 Kč per day and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees are accommodated in apartments or houses;
- 2 - 4 people live in each room;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Accommodation is located in Hodonín;
- Employees need to travel to work by train, and the journey takes up to 30 minutes. Travel expenses are covered by the employee, and a monthly travel pass costs up to 1000 Kč.
Type of employment contract: Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime and Czech temporary protection.
Responsibilities:
- Working on an assembly line;
- Assembling finished products for the automotive industry;
- Assembling sun visors;
- Inspecting finished products;
- Quality control of products;
- Compliance with established quality standards.
Additional Information:
- The work is performed standing at a conveyor line;
- Workwear and safety shoes are provided free of charge. If you work for less than three months, 500 Kč will be deducted from your salary;
- Employees are entitled to 4 weeks of paid vacation and 1 additional week of leave;
- Meals are available at the workplace, with part of the cost covered by the employer;
- A fee of 1000 Kč is required for residence registration, which is necessary to obtain a visa. The fee must be paid during the document processing.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Czech.
