Cosmetics Warehouse Worker

Candidates: Men up to 45 years old.
Work location: Pyskowice.
Registration location: Gliwice.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 32.50–33.50 PLN/hour gross;
- A monthly performance bonus of up to 2,500 PLN gross is available. The amount depends on meeting productivity targets, order-picking speed, quality of work, and the number of errors made.
Work schedule:
- Work is organized according to a rotating shift schedule, and days off may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The working day lasts 8–10 hours and may be extended depending on the workload;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00;
- A 15–30 minute break is provided during the shift;
- Employees work an average of 168–220 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 660 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees stay in apartments, with 3–4 people per room;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- The accommodation is furnished with regular and bunk beds;
- Bed linen is provided, but employees may use their own if preferred;
- Shared kitchenware is available, and employees may also bring their own;
- The accommodation is located within 2 km of the workplace, so employees can usually walk to work.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card (karta pobytu).
Responsibilities:
- Picking orders using the Voice Picking system;
- Working with a scanner and a WJO3 electric pallet truck;
- Transporting and placing goods within the warehouse;
- Preparing orders for shipment;
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized;
- Performing other simple warehouse tasks as needed.
Additional information:
- Training and mandatory occupational health and safety (BHP) instruction are provided before starting work;
- The job involves standing and moving around while using a scanner and an electric pallet truck;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained in the warehouse throughout the year;
- Most goods weigh 2–8 kg, although some boxes may weigh up to 25 kg;
- Employees must be prepared to work night shifts and perform physical work, follow workplace discipline, and meet established productivity standards;
- Responsibility and attention to detail are important during work;
- For safety reasons, artificial nails, gel polish, long jewelry, and other items that may interfere with work are prohibited;
- Free hot meals are provided to employees;
- Medical care under the NFZ system is available;
- There is an opportunity to obtain a UDT certificate.
