City of work: Zakopane.
Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net, standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years of age (with a valid student certificate).
Work schedule:
- Work is organized on a rotating shift schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as on Saturdays or Sundays;
- Shifts last 8 - 12 hours;
- On average, employees work 200 - 210 hours per month;
- Most shifts are during the night, but day shifts may also be required depending on operational needs. Therefore, it is important to be ready to work at different times of the day.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees who arrange their own accommodation receive an additional 1 zł for each hour worked, while students under the age of 26 receive an additional 1.23 zł per hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house, or apartment with the necessary living facilities;
- Rooms are shared by 3–4 people;
- Couples are provided with a separate room whenever possible for more comfortable living conditions;
- The accommodation is located close to the workplace, making it convenient to walk to work without additional transportation costs.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Stocking shelves in accordance with store standards;
- Monitoring product availability on the sales floor and preparing products for shelf placement;
- Checking product expiration dates and ensuring price labels are up to date, replacing them when necessary;
- Receiving and unloading deliveries;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order on the sales floor;
- Assisting customers and providing information when needed;
- Participating in inventory checks and verifying stock levels;
- Assisting colleagues with daily store tasks.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the Polish language.
Additional information:
- Previous work experience is not required, as training is provided before starting work. During the training, employees are introduced to all work processes and taught how to perform the required tasks;
- Employees must have their own comfortable and neat work clothes that do not restrict movement and are suitable for wearing throughout the entire shift;
- The cost of obtaining a sanitary certificate is 250 zł, which is deducted from the first salary;
- The certificate for operating an electric forklift costs 250 zł, and this amount is deducted from the second salary.
