Confectionery Factory Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 52 years of age.
City of work: Dobre Miasto.
Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net standard rate without signing PIT-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with a signed PIT-2 form;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for workers under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old with a valid document confirming student status.
Work schedule:
- The work schedule is arranged directly at the factory;
- One day off per week is provided, which may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Each work shift lasts 12 hours;
- The day shift runs from 06:00 to 18:00;
- The night shift runs from 18:00 to 06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 700 zł per month, and the amount is deducted from the salary;
- Employees who rent accommodation independently may receive an additional 1 zł for each hour worked; the availability of this allowance should be confirmed at the office during registration;
- Employees are accommodated in apartments or hostels;
- Rooms are shared by 2–4 people;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Production of candies and other confectionery products according to established production processes;
- Quality control of finished products and inspection of their appearance;
- Sorting candies and other finished products;
- Packing finished products into packages and boxes;
- Applying stickers and labels to packaged products;
- Preparing finished products for further storage and shipment;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace;
- Performing other simple tasks related to the production process.
Additional information:
- The work is performed mainly while standing at a conveyor line or production equipment;
- During the shift, employees are required to lift products weighing from 3 to 12 kg several times;
- The sanitary certificate costs 300 PLN, and the amount is deducted from the salary;
- In accordance with hygiene requirements, jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, artificial nails, and nail polish are not permitted at the production facility;
- Employees need to bring their own meals;
- Accommodation in Opole is provided for the registration period at a cost of 250 PLN, which must be paid in cash during registration.
