Construction Tools Production Worker

City of work: Goleszów.
Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net standard rate without signing PIT-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with a signed PIT-2 form;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for workers under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old with a valid document confirming student status.
Work schedule:
- Work is from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- Work is organized in three shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00;
- Two Saturdays per month are working days, with shifts lasting 6–8 hours;
- Days off are provided according to the work schedule;
- On average, employees can work around 200 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees who rent accommodation on their own may receive an additional 2 zł for each hour worked; the availability of this allowance should be confirmed at the office during registration;
- Employees are accommodated in apartments or houses;
- Rooms are shared by 2–4 people;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Bending small metal components using a press and stamping parts;
- Drilling holes and tightening screws and bolts;
- Joining individual components using a press;
- Working with pneumatic and electrical devices;
- Sorting finished parts after automated processing;
- Checking that parts are assembled correctly and correcting any defects found;
- Packing plastic components, parts, and finished tools;
- Applying barcode labels to finished products;
- Performing other simple tasks related to the production process.
Additional information:
- Work takes place at a hand construction tools production facility in one of two departments, with specific tasks depending on the workstation;
- The main duties involve manual assembly of components for plastering and painting tools, including floats, rollers, brushes, trowels, spatulas, drill bits, and other products;
- Meals are not provided, so employees need to bring their own lunch;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole or Wrocław during the registration process. The cost is 250 zł and must be paid in cash during registration.
