Work at a Coffee Production Facility

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Żory.
Salary:
- The rate for women is 31.40 PLN/hour gross;
- The rate for men is 31.80 PLN/hour gross and increases to 32.50 PLN/hour gross after 6 months of work;
- For students, the gross rate is equal to the net rate.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, 12 hours per day;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 18:00;
- The second shift is from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Two paid 15-minute breaks are provided during each shift.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 680 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees stay in a hostel, with 2–5 people per room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- The accommodation is equipped with single and bunk beds.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Additional information:
- The work takes place at a modern and clean coffee production facility;
- The main work processes are performed while standing at an automated conveyor line;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained inside the facility, so employees can work in a T-shirt during the shift;
- There is no significant physical workload; however, due to the 12-hour shifts, employees should be prepared to work standing for extended periods;
- Employees must work carefully and accurately and follow sanitary regulations;
- For safety reasons, rings, earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, piercings, and other jewelry are prohibited;
- The cost of obtaining a sanitary booklet is 150 PLN and is deducted from the salary.
Requirements:
- Basic Polish language skills sufficient to understand instructions are required.
Responsibilities:
- Placing jars on the conveyor line;
- Screwing plastic lids onto the jars;
- Checking product quality, protective foil, and labels;
- Packing coffee jars into cardboard boxes;
- Stacking finished boxes on pallets;
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized;
- Rotating between work processes every 2 hours.
