Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net standard rate without signing PIT-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with a signed PIT-2 form;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for workers under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old with a valid document confirming student status.
Work schedule:
- The working week runs from Monday to Saturday;
- Each shift lasts 8 hours;
- The first shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift runs from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift runs from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Employees work an average of around 200 hours per month;
- Additional hours and overtime are available for those who wish to earn more.
Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees who rent accommodation on their own may receive an additional 2 zł for each hour worked; the availability of this allowance should be confirmed at the office during registration;
- Employees are accommodated in houses;
- Rooms are shared by 2 people;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control of finished products and inspection of parts for defects;
- Processing and sorting parts according to established requirements;
- Assembling individual parts and components into finished products;
- Working on the production line and performing simple production tasks;
- Packing finished products and preparing them for further transportation;
- Following workplace health and safety regulations during production processes;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
- Performing other simple tasks related to the production process.
Additional information:
- The work takes place at a modern automated production facility specializing in the manufacture of components and attachments for household vacuum cleaners;
- Depending on the workstation and production process, the work may be performed either sitting or standing;
- Before starting work, employees receive a short training session lasting approximately 30 minutes, during which they are introduced to the main processes and responsibilities;
- The facility has production targets of approximately 4,000 to 6,000 units per shift, depending on the department and production process;
- The production facility is clean, warm, and comfortable, with workstations equipped with modern machinery;
- There is a canteen on the premises where employees can eat and relax during their breaks;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole or Wrocław during the registration process. The cost is 250 zł and must be paid in cash upon registration.
Requirements:
- A valid Category B driving licence.
