Place of work: Psary.
Salary:
- The rate for women is 25.30 zł/hour net;
- The rate for men is 25.50 zł/hour net;
- Conveyor line operators receive 26.60 zł/hour net;
- Warehouse workers with a UDT certificate receive 27.60 zł/hour net;
- Students under 26 receive 31.40 zł/hour net with a valid student certificate.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday; Saturdays may also be working days during periods of high order volume;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- The day shift is from 06:00 to 18:00;
- The night shift is from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Shifts rotate weekly: one week on the day shift, the next week on the night shift;
- Couples work the same shift;
- Two 20-minute breaks are provided during the working day.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500–550 zł per month depending on the location and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees live in apartments or hostels, with up to 4 people per room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- Accommodation is equipped with standard single-level beds;
- Free transportation to and from work is provided for every shift.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under visa-free stay, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Additional information:
- The temperature at the workplace is maintained at +23…+25°C, and additional breaks are provided on hot days;
- The work is performed standing; there are no seated work processes;
- There is no significant physical strain, and no heavy lifting is required;
- There is no dust or unpleasant odors at the workplace, and the noise level remains within normal limits;
- During the first month, employees must have their own plain white T-shirt and black trousers or leggings;
- Work shoes are provided free of charge before starting work;
- Free transportation to the workplace is organized;
- Candidates should be responsible, attentive, and willing to work.
Duties:
Tasks for men:
- Operating and adjusting production equipment;
- Monitoring the technical condition of the equipment;
- Monitoring the production process;
- Responding to possible equipment malfunctions.
Tasks for women:
- Working on the conveyor line;
- Checking the quality of finished products;
- Packing corn puffs.
