Gyoza Dumpling Production Worker

Candidates: Men aged 20 to 45.
Work location: Częstochowa.
Salary:
- Women: 25.30 PLN/hour net;
- Men: 25.80 PLN/hour net;
- Students under 26: 31.40 PLN/hour net with a valid student certificate.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts in rare cases;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- Day shift: 06:00–18:00;
- Night shift: 18:00–06:00;
- Two paid 15-minute breaks are provided during each shift.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees live in houses or hostels, with 3–4 people per room;
- Couples are provided with separate rooms;
- Accommodation is equipped with comfortable single-level beds;
- The workplace is approximately a 20-minute walk from the accommodation;
- Shops and essential city infrastructure are located nearby;
- Employees who arrange their own accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN for each hour worked.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free entry, a visa, or a Polish residence card.
Additional information:
- Workwear is provided free of charge: lightweight footwear, 2–3 pairs of trousers, 2–3 T-shirts, and a long-sleeved sweatshirt. All workwear is white;
- A comfortable temperature of +20…+24 °C is maintained at the production facility;
- Most tasks are performed while standing, but some seated tasks are also available. Tasks may rotate throughout the shift;
- The noise level is within normal limits. Due to the nature of food production, there may be flour dust and smells of dough, onions, potatoes, and seasonings;
- The medical examination is free of charge provided the employee works for at least 2 months. A deposit of 100 PLN must be paid before the examination and is refunded after two months of work. In case of earlier resignation, 400 PLN is deducted from the salary.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and packing finished products;
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized;
- Monitoring the automated dough preparation process;
- Washing production equipment and product crates.
