Greenhouse Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Šingaliai.
Salary:
- 7.05 €/hour gross.
Work schedule:
- Work is performed during daytime hours, with no night shifts;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the working day for rest;
- Additional working hours may be required depending on production needs.
Work schedule from Monday to Friday:
- Working hours are from 06:00 to 14:30.
Saturday work schedule:
- Working hours are from 06:00 to 10:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided to employees free of charge;
- No additional compensation is provided for employees who arrange their own accommodation;
- Employees are accommodated in apartments;
- Two people are accommodated per room;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized.
Employment contract: Official employment contract.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime or with temporary protection in Lithuania.
Additional information:
- The work is performed mainly while standing in a warm, enclosed environment;
- The temperature in the greenhouse ranges from +20°C to +35°C;
- Employees are required to have their own comfortable clothing and suitable footwear;
- After the first month of work, employees are provided with work T-shirts free of charge;
- Some tasks involve working at height;
- Employees can order lunch for an affordable price of 2 € per day.
Responsibilities:
- Timely harvesting of vegetables;
- Sorting vegetables by quality and type;
- Preparing vegetables for further storage or consumption;
- Supplying workstations with the necessary raw materials;
- Loading and unloading finished products;
- Moving products to storage or further processing areas.
