Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
City of work: Białystok.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 25.36 zł/hour net provided that the PIT-2 declaration is signed, including an additional 3 zł;
- For students under 26 years old, the rate is 31.40 zł/hour net with a valid student certificate.
Work schedule:
- Work according to a rotating schedule, 5–6 days per week;
- Friday is always a day off, while Saturday and Sunday are working days. Additional days off may fall on weekdays;
- The standard working day is 8 hours, with the option to work 10 hours if desired;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 700 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees live in apartments, with 3–4 people per room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- The accommodation is equipped with comfortable beds;
- Employees must bring their own bed linen;
- Employees who rent accommodation independently receive an additional 1 zł for each hour worked.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under visa-free entry, with a visa, or a residence card.
Duties:
Sorting process — for men:
- Loading and unloading vehicles with parcels;
- A UDT certificate will be an advantage.
Order picking process — for men and women:
- Picking orders according to labels;
- Packing food containers into paper bags;
- Working near the conveyor line.
Packing process — for men and women:
- Packing ingredients into trays;
- Checking the weight and appearance of portions;
- Checking product quality;
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
Washing process — for men and women:
- Washing dishes, containers, and kitchen equipment;
- Operating industrial dishwashing machines;
- Preparing workstations for the next processes;
- Sorting waste and replenishing cleaning supplies.
Kitchen assistant — for men and women:

- Operating a juicing machine;
- Preparing and packing crepes, pancakes, and sushi.
Cleaning process:
- Cleaning work areas;
- Washing dishes, containers, and equipment;
- Preparing workstations;
- Taking out waste;
- Checking and replenishing cleaning supplies.
Additional information:
- Work takes place in a modern and clean facility;
- The main work processes are performed while standing and moving near the conveyor line;
- The temperature in the work areas is maintained at +6…+8°C;
- Employees receive workwear free of charge, including a warm set of clothing;
- There is a spacious canteen, changing room, and a specially designated smoking area on the premises;
- Employees must bring their own lunch;
- The sanitary booklet costs 350 zł, and the amount is deducted from the salary;
- The medical examination is free of charge provided that the employee works for at least 3 months;
- Employees who work a full month receive 100 zł compensation for transportation expenses;
- There is an option to complete a medical declaration.
Requirements:
- A basic level of Polish is required, sufficient to read names and information on labels.
