Sweets Production Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 60 years old.
Work location: Bełchatów.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 26 zł/hour net, including an additional 3 zł provided that the PIT-2 declaration is signed;
- For students under 26 years old, the rate is 31.40 zł/hour net with a valid student certificate;
- An additional bonus of 0.50 zł for each hour worked is paid for completing a full month according to the schedule without absences.
Work schedule:
- On average, employees can work 160–250 hours per month.
8-hour work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00;
- One 15-minute break is provided during the shift.
12-hour work schedule:
- Work according to a 4/4 schedule: 4 working days followed by 4 days off;
- The day shift is from 06:00 to 18:00;
- The night shift is from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Two 15-minute breaks are provided during the shift.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees live in houses or hostels, with 2–4 people per room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- The accommodation is equipped with comfortable beds;
- The distance to the workplace is approximately 250–500 meters;
- Upon check-in, a 50 zł key deposit is required. It is refunded after moving out and returning the key;
- Employees who rent their own accommodation and commute to work independently receive an additional 1.80 zł net for each hour worked. This allowance does not apply to students.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Additional information:
- A comfortable temperature of +20…+23°C is maintained at the workplace;
- Most tasks are performed while standing, although seated work is available in some areas;
- During the shift, the employee performs one production process. If necessary, training can be provided to transfer to another production line;
- If a particular process proves difficult, the supervisor will help find a more suitable work area;
- Employees have access to a canteen equipped with a refrigerator and kettle, drinking water dispensers, and personal lockers;
- Smoking is prohibited on the company premises;
- Eyelash extensions, artificial nails, any type of nail polish or coating, and piercings on visible parts of the body are not allowed during work;
- Workwear and protective footwear cost 100 zł. If the employee works for less than 3 months, an additional 250 zł is deducted;
- The medical examination is provided free of charge if the employee works for at least 3 months. If the employment period is shorter, 100 zł is deducted;
- The sanitary booklet costs 350 zł and is deducted from the first salary;
- Employees receive a company card providing discounts on products in the company store;
- Employees can taste sweets free of charge at the workplace, but taking products outside the premises is prohibited.
Responsibilities:
- Packing, sorting, and portioning sweets;
- Working on a conveyor line;
- Checking finished products for defects;
- Breaking sesame bars into pieces while wearing gloves;
- Packing finished products into boxes;
- Assembling cardboard boxes;
- Applying stickers.
