Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 60 years old.
Work location: Tomaszow Mazowiecki.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 28 zł/hour net;
- For students under 26 years old, the rate is 32.50 zł/hour net with a valid student certificate.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Additional work on Saturdays is available upon request, and these hours are counted as overtime;
- During the first 1–2 weeks, everyone works 8-hour shifts to complete training and learn the work processes;
- After training, employees can contact the coordinator and switch to a 12-hour schedule if they wish;
- An 8-hour shift includes one paid 20-minute break, while a 12-hour shift includes two paid 20-minute breaks;
- Couples work the same shift.
8-hour work schedule:
- First shift: 06:00–14:00;
- Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
- Third shift: 22:00–06:00.
12-hour work schedule:
- Day shift: 06:00–18:00;
- Night shift: 18:00–06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments, with 2–4 people per room;
- The cost depends on the number of residents: 700 zł per month when 4 people share a room and 900 zł when 2–3 people share a room;
- A private room for a couple costs 1100 zł per person per month;
- The accommodation cost is deducted from the salary;
- Accommodation is equipped with standard single-level beds;
- The commute from the apartment to work takes approximately 15–20 minutes by bus, and the required tickets are paid for;
- The house is approximately a 10-minute walk from the workplace, so no additional transportation is provided.
