Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old.
Work location: Praha.
Salary:
- During the first 250 hours, the rate is 170 Kč/hour net;
- From 250 to 1000 hours, the rate increases to 180 Kč/hour net, with an additional one-time bonus of 2500 Kč;
- From 1000 to 2000 hours, the rate is 190 Kč/hour net;
- From 2000 to 4000 hours, the rate is 200 Kč/hour net;
- From 4000 to 6000 hours, the rate is 210 Kč/hour net;
- After 6000 hours worked, the rate increases to 220 Kč/hour net.
Work schedule:
- Work according to a rotating shift schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- Shift duration ranges from 6 to 15 hours depending on the warehouse, position, and work process;
- Both day and night shifts are available.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in houses, apartments, hostels, or hotels;
- 2–3 people share a room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- Accommodation is furnished with standard single-level beds;
- The cost of accommodation is 6500 Kč per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees must bring their own bed linen.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Additional information:
- Training is provided before starting work, during which employees are introduced to all work processes;
- The job does not involve significant physical strain; however, employees need to walk a lot and move actively around the warehouse during the shift;
- The warehouse has both warm and cool zones. The temperature in the cooler sections is +9…+10°C;
- It is important to meet the established work targets. If the required targets are not met, paid working time may be reduced to 2 hours per day;
- Employees may wear comfortable casual clothing. A reflective vest is provided free of charge;
- Protective footwear with a reinforced toe cap is mandatory. Employees can purchase it independently or order it through the employer for 800 Kč, with the cost deducted from their salary;
- Meals are not provided, so employees need to bring their own lunch;
- Employees arrange their own commute to the workplace by public transport;
- A fee of 2000 Kč must be paid during document processing for registration of residence required to obtain a visa.
Responsibilities:
Piker process:
- Picking orders using a handheld scanner;
- Finding and scanning the required products;
- Placing products into baskets;
- Passing orders to the next stage of the picking process.
Logist process:
- Preparing completed orders for handover to couriers;
- Sorting orders according to delivery routes;
- Organizing and distributing orders.
