Cosmetics Warehouse Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 45 years old.
Work location: Głuchów.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 25.50 PLN/hour net;
- For students under 26, the rate is 31.54 PLN/hour net with a valid student certificate;
- An additional bonus is provided for exceeding the established productivity target.
Work schedule:
- Work according to a flexible shift schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The working day lasts 8 or 12 hours;
- An 8-hour shift includes a 30-minute break;
- A 12-hour shift includes two breaks: 30 and 15 minutes.
8-hour shift schedule:
- First shift: 06:00–14:15;
- Second shift: 14:15–22:30.
12-hour shift schedule:
- First shift: 06:00–18:00;
- Second shift: 10:15–22:30;
- Third shift: 14:00–02:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments, with 3–4 people per room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- Accommodation is equipped with standard single-level beds;
- The cost of accommodation is 400 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Accommodation preparation and booking costs 100 PLN, which is deducted from the first salary;
- Accommodation may be located in Łódź, Piotrków Trybunalski, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, or other towns near the workplace;
- The exact accommodation location depends on availability at the time of arrival;
- Employees who rent their own accommodation receive an additional 2.50 PLN for each hour worked.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under visa-free entry, with a visa, or with a residence card (karta pobytu).
Additional information:
- A comfortable room temperature is maintained in the warehouse;
- The work does not require significant physical effort, and heavy parcels are rare;
- The main processes include order picking with a scanner, sorting, and packing goods;
- Training is provided before starting independent work, with all processes explained in detail;
- Productivity standards are set for each work process and must be met;
- Work shoes and a T-shirt are provided free of charge. Men are also provided with trousers, while women must have their own trousers without pockets or metal elements;
- If an employee works for less than 3 months, 245 PLN for work clothing is deducted from the salary;
- The medical examination costs 150 PLN and is deducted from the salary;
- Organized transportation to work costs 200 PLN per month, and the commute takes approximately 30–40 minutes.
Duties:
- Sorting and packing cosmetic products;
- Picking orders using a scanner;
- Receiving and checking returned goods;
- Men additionally perform loading and unloading of goods.
