Hotel Housekeeper

Rotating work schedule, 8 - 10 hours per day

Candidates: Women up to 55 years of age.
City of work: Szklarska Poręba.
Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years of age (with a valid student certificate).
Work schedule:
- The work schedule is arranged directly by the hotel;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The working day lasts 8–10 hours;
- Work is performed during daytime hours;
- On average, employees can work 200–240 hours per month, depending on the hotel’s workload.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees are accommodated in a house;
- 2–3 people share a room;
- Rooms are equipped with standard comfortable beds;
- The journey to work takes about 5 minutes by train. Employees cover the travel costs themselves, and these expenses are not reimbursed.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- Previous hotel cleaning experience will be an advantage but is not required;
- Employees must have their own black T-shirt, black trousers, and comfortable shoes;
- Meals can be purchased at the hotel with a 20% discount.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning hotel rooms, corridors, elevators, restrooms, the swimming pool area, staff rooms, and outdoor areas;
- Using the necessary cleaning equipment and cleaning products;
- Following established cleanliness standards and DCS procedures;
- Performing cleaning tasks in different areas of the hotel, not only in guest rooms.
Requirements:
- Communicative level of Polish is required.
