Construction Helper

Candidates: Men up to 60 years old.
Place of work:
- Work is carried out at various construction sites in Warszawa and the surrounding areas;
- The exact workplace depends on the location of the current construction site.
Salary:
- 30 PLN/hour net standard rate.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, but no more than twice a month;
- The working day usually lasts 10 hours and may be extended to 12 hours if necessary;
- Only day shifts are provided.
Accommodation:
- Permanent accommodation is provided in Sochaczew, regardless of the location of the construction site;
- The accommodation cost is 600 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Free transportation from the accommodation to the construction site is provided.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free stay, a visa, or a residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with construction work;
- Preparing the workplace;
- Carrying and supplying materials and tools;
- Performing simple tasks as instructed by the supervisor;
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
Additional information:
- A 10-working-day trial period is provided, after which an Umowa zlecenia contract is signed;
- The work is physically active, so good physical condition is important;
- Only day shifts are provided, with no night work;
- Free transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is provided;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge after 10 working days;
- Medical examination and BHP health and safety training are provided free of charge.
