Food Warehouse Worker

Candidates: Men up to 50 years old.
Place of work: Kleszczów.
Salary:
- The basic salary starts from 5,200 PLN gross per month;
- A performance bonus of up to 3,000 PLN gross is available for high productivity. The amount depends on the number of items picked per hour;
- An additional 400 PLN gross is paid for 100% attendance without absences;
- Total monthly income, including bonuses, can reach up to 8,600 PLN gross.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday; working Saturdays may be required before public holidays and trading Sundays;
- The schedule is prepared one month in advance;
- The work shift lasts 8 hours and 15 minutes;
- First shift: 06:00–14:15;
- Second shift: 15:00–23:15;
- A paid 30-minute break is provided during the shift;
- No night shifts;
- Additional overtime hours can be taken when needed;
- Employees work an average of 160–200 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses, with 3–4 people per room;
- The accommodation is equipped with all necessary household facilities and Wi-Fi;
- The cost of accommodation is 600 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees commute to the warehouse independently by public transport. The journey takes approximately 30–40 minutes;
- Transportation costs are not reimbursed;
- No additional compensation is provided for employees who rent their own accommodation.
Type of employment contract: Umowa o pracę.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or a residence card.
Requirements:
- A basic level of Polish is required.
Responsibilities:
- Picking orders using a scanner or Voice Picking system;
- Placing goods on pallets;
- Moving products using a warehouse trolley;
- Placing goods in the appropriate warehouse areas;
- Receiving and issuing products;
- Sorting goods returned from stores;
- Moving empty pallets;
- Working with food products weighing from 100 g to 25 kg.
Additional information:
- Before starting work, employees are given a tour of the warehouse and have a short conversation with the manager;
- The first 5 days consist of paid training with a trainer, during which all work processes are explained;
- A comfortable temperature of approximately +22°C is maintained in the warehouse. Work in refrigerated or cold-storage areas is not required;
- There are no night shifts;
- Employees are expected to be responsible and punctual;
- A sanitary booklet is required. If the employee does not have one, information on how to obtain it is provided;
- A category B driving licence is an advantage. If the employee does not have one, assistance is provided free of charge to obtain authorization to operate a warehouse trolley;
- Work clothes and footwear are provided free of charge;
- Employees receive one free meal;
- Paid annual leave and sick leave are provided;
- Additional performance and attendance bonuses are available;
- Opportunities for professional development are available;
- The warehouse has a recreation area with table football and drink vending machines;
- Employees may receive additional gifts and bonuses during holiday periods.
