Candidates: Men up to 50 years old.
Work location: Radomsko.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 30.60 PLN/hour gross;
- A 25% bonus on the hourly rate is paid for meeting the established performance target;
- A 20% additional payment is provided for night work;
- A 50% additional payment is provided for overtime hours;
- A 100% additional payment is provided for work on public holidays and Sundays.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift: 06:00–14:00;
- Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
- Third shift: 22:00–06:00;
- A 25-minute break is provided during the shift;
- Additional overtime hours are available when needed.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge in apartments or houses with good living conditions;
- 3–4 people share a room;
- Accommodation is equipped with standard single-level beds;
- Utilities and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost;
- The workplace is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the accommodation;
- No compensation is provided for candidates who rent accommodation independently;
- Travel expenses by private or public transport are not reimbursed.
Type of employment contract: Umowa o pracę.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Duties:
- Receiving goods at the warehouse;
- Picking orders using a scanner;
- Placing goods on pallets;
- Loading and unloading goods;
- Preparing goods for movement within the warehouse.
Additional information:
- Work is performed at a comfortable temperature;
- The job involves physical activity, so good physical condition is important;
- A sanitary certificate is not required;
- Workwear is provided free of charge;
- A full meal can be purchased at the warehouse for 9 PLN, including a first course, second course, and compote;
- Accommodation is provided free of charge;
- An additional bonus is paid for meeting the established performance target;
- Paid annual leave and sick leave are provided.
