Christmas Decoration Production Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Place of work: Krapkowice.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 31.40 PLN/hour gross;
- For students under 26 years old, the gross rate is equal to the net rate.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Day shifts only, with no night work;
- The working day lasts 11 hours, from 06:00 to 17:00;
- Additional working hours may be available during periods of high order volume;
- Breaks are unpaid: for shifts of up to 10 hours, the total break time is 40 minutes; for shifts longer than 10 hours, it is 50 minutes.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in private houses, with 2–4 people per room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- Bathrooms may be located inside the rooms or shared on the floor between 3–5 rooms;
- The accommodation cost is 600 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Company bus transportation to the workplace is provided for 100 PLN per month, which is also deducted from the salary;
- Employees who rent their own accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN for each hour worked.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Duties:
- Assembling festive decorative arrangements;
- Decorating products with decorative elements;
- Packing finished products;
- Performing simple warehouse tasks.
Additional information:
- The job is seasonal and will last approximately 2 months;
- Work is performed in a warm indoor environment;
- Training is provided before starting work, during which all necessary processes are demonstrated and explained;
- Day shifts only, with no night work;
- After completing the seasonal project in Poland, there is an opportunity to continue working in the Netherlands;
- To transfer to the project in the Netherlands, employees must maintain regular attendance and avoid unjustified absences.
