Candidates: Men, women up to 55 years old.
Work location: Legnica.
Salary:
- The average salary is 4811 zł gross per month.
Additional payments:
- +50% of the hourly rate for overtime on working days;
- +100% of the hourly rate for overtime at night, as well as for work on weekends and public holidays;
- +20% of the hourly rate for night shifts.
Monthly bonuses:
- 127 zł gross for no absences;
- 610 zł gross for quality performance;
- 660 zł gross for working in a team-based system.
Work schedule:
- Each work shift lasts 8 hours.
When working from Monday to Friday, there are three shifts:
- First shift: 06:00–14:00;
- Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
- Third shift: 22:00–06:00.
Under the brigade work system, shifts rotate as follows:
- 2 days from 06:00 to 14:00;
- 2 days from 14:00 to 22:00;
- 2 days from 22:00 to 06:00;
- After 6 consecutive working days, employees receive 2 days off.
Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 900 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees must bring their own bed linen;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and a house;
- 2–4 people share a room;
- Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 zł must be paid, which is refunded upon moving out;
- The deposit must be paid separately and cannot be deducted from the salary;
- If an employee stays in the provided accommodation but does not work a single day and moves out early, the deposit is non-refundable.
Type of employment contract: Umowa o pracę.
