Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old.
Work location: Suchy Las.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 31.60–39.48 PLN/hour gross;
- The hourly rate depends on meeting the established productivity target;
- The minimum rate is 31.60 PLN/hour gross;
- For students, the gross rate is equal to the net rate.
Work schedule:
- Flexible shift schedule;
- Days off may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8–12 hours;
- First shift: 06:00–14:00;
- Second shift: 10:00–16:00 / 18:00 / 22:00;
- Third shift: 14:00–22:00;
- Fourth shift: 22:00–06:00;
- There is a 30-minute unpaid break;
- During the peak season from September to January, employees can work an average of 200–240 hours per month; during the off-season, approximately 140–180 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, with 4 people per room;
- The accommodation is equipped with single and bunk beds;
- Accommodation costs 660 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Private rooms for couples are available for 1,800 PLN per month;
- Free transportation to work is provided by a company bus;
- The bus departs from a stop near the Wesoła / Olszowa intersection and takes employees directly to the warehouse;
- The bus ride takes approximately 15–20 minutes, while the walk from the accommodation to the bus stop takes 3–15 minutes.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free stay, a visa, or a residence card.
Duties:
- Picking orders using a scanner and WJO3 electric pallet truck;
- Placing returned goods back on the appropriate shelves;
- Checking order accuracy using a computer;
- Packing completed orders into boxes.
Additional information:
- The warehouse complex consists of 4 buildings where household appliances, electronics, and everyday consumer goods are stored;
- Products include refrigerators, washing machines, cookers, computers, phones, coffee machines, household chemicals, and other goods;
- The average weight of goods depends on the department and can reach 17–20 kg;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained in the warehouse: no lower than +14°C in winter and no higher than +28°C in summer;
- Phones, electronic watches, fitness trackers, headphones, chargers, and electronic cigarettes are prohibited inside the warehouse;
- Manicures and jewelry are allowed;
- Free transportation to work is provided.
