Candidates: Men up to 60 years old.
City of work: Włoszczowa.
Salary:
- The rate during the training period, which lasts up to 3 months, is 32 PLN/hour net;
- After completing the training, the rate may be increased depending on acquired skills, independence, and quality of work;
- Additional assignments, including transporting a deceased person to the funeral home, are paid separately.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts possible when required;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- Additional hours can be taken if desired;
- On average, employees can work 168–170 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment, with 4–6 people per room;
- The accommodation is equipped with standard comfortable beds;
- The full cost of accommodation is 1000 PLN per month;
- Provided the employee works conscientiously, is punctual, and attends work regularly, 50% of the accommodation cost is reimbursed. After reimbursement, the employee pays 500 PLN per month;
- The workplace is approximately a 2–10 minute walk from the accommodation.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Additional information:
- The job involves physical work and working outdoors;
- Candidates must be prepared to work on designated working weekends when required;
- Responsibility, punctuality, and regular attendance are required;
- Candidates must be comfortable with contact with deceased persons and working at a cemetery and funeral home;
- Only daytime shifts are provided, with no night work;
- The accommodation is within walking distance of the workplace.
Requirements:
- Communicative-level Polish is required;
- A category B driving licence and the ability to drive a cargo van are required;
- Basic experience in masonry and installation work is required. Training is provided before starting work, so all work processes will be taught on site. However, candidates should already have a general understanding of this type of work and basic practical skills.
Duties:
- Preparing the site and installing gravestones;
- Digging new graves and preparing existing graves for burial;
- Performing basic construction, masonry, and installation work;
- Maintaining cleanliness on the cemetery grounds;
- Assisting during funeral ceremonies, mainly in winter;
- Carrying the deceased and placing the body into the coffin;
- Transporting the coffin or urn to the burial site;
- Assisting with funeral arrangements;
- No procedures directly involving the body are required.
