Candidates: Men up to 55 years of age.
City of work: Gdynia.
Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net rate for students under 26 with a valid student certificate.
Work schedule:
- Flexible shift schedule;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- Shifts start at 05:00 or 06:00 and end at 18:00 or 19:00;
- The schedule includes 4 working shifts followed by 2 days off;
- A 5-day working week is also possible;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- Day shifts only;
- On average, 180–240 working hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, so you must have your own place to live;
- No compensation or additional payment is provided for renting accommodation independently.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- Before the start of the shift, employees must arrive at the base, collect the company vehicle, and follow the assigned route. After the shift, the vehicle must be returned to the base. A cargo van with a manual transmission is provided for work;
- Employees must commute to the workplace by public transport;
- An access card is issued on the second working day. It must be returned after the end of employment; otherwise, a fine of 200 zł applies;
- Being at work under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. Breathalyzer tests may be conducted in accordance with the company’s internal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Loading laundry carts into the vehicle and delivering laundry to customers along a designated route;
- Collecting and unloading laundry from customers, maintaining cleanliness and order in the vehicle and at the workplace.
Requirements:
- Category B driving licence;
- Experience driving a van with a manual transmission;
- Knowledge of Polish at A1–A2 level.
