Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 45 years old.
Work location: Psary.
Salary:
- The standard rate is 25.33 PLN/hour net;
- Students under 26 can earn 31.40 PLN/hour net with valid proof of student status;
- Additional bonuses are available for meeting the required performance targets.
Work schedule:
- The schedule depends on the warehouse workload and is prepared weekly;
- The number of working days and shift length may vary, for example, 5 days of 8-hour shifts or 6 days of 12-hour shifts;
- Employees cannot choose their own schedule or shift length;
- Paid breaks are provided. Their number and duration depend on the department and the number of hours worked.
Warm “Preparation” department:
- Work 6–7 days per week;
- Days off may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00, 10:00–22:00, 14:00–02:00, or 18:00–06:00;
- Employees can work an average of 200–320 hours per month.
Fresh department:
- The working day lasts 8–12 hours;
- Only day shifts are available;
- Days off may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, with 3–4 people per room;
- Private rooms are available for couples;
- Rooms are furnished with standard single-level beds;
- Accommodation costs 15 PLN per day and is deducted from the salary;
- The accommodation includes access to a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, shower, and Wi-Fi;
- The commute from the accommodation to the workplace takes approximately 10–15 minutes by transport.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free status, a visa, or a residence card.
Duties:
- Picking orders in the warehouse;
- Collecting and sorting goods;
- Packing completed orders;
- Working with a scanner;
- Moving goods using an electric warehouse pallet truck.
Additional information:
- There are two departments: Fresh and the warm “Preparation” department. During the registration process, candidates can discuss which department they would prefer;
- After being assigned, employees work in one department. A transfer to another department may be arranged separately;
- The temperature depends on the department: the Fresh department is cooler, while the “Preparation” department is warmer;
- The picking target in the “Preparation” department is 200 boxes, while in the Fresh department the average target is 180 boxes per hour;
- The first 2–3 weeks are an adaptation period, so employees are not expected to meet the full target immediately;
- The job involves a moderate level of physical activity. During the shift, employees need to manually lift boxes weighing up to approximately 10 kg;
- An electric warehouse pallet truck is used to move goods;
- Work clothes are provided free of charge. Work shoes cost 60 PLN;
- Free meals are provided in the Fresh department;
- The medical certificate costs 150 PLN;
- The permit to operate an electric warehouse pallet truck costs 150 PLN;
- The cost of the shoes, medical certificate, and permit is deducted from the salary;
- Free transportation to the workplace is provided from Sosnowiec and Będzin.
