Automotive Factory Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Bażanowice.
Salary:
- 25.50 zł/hour net — standard rate;
- No separate student rate is available.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- Day shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Night shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Additional work on Saturdays is available if needed;
- Up to 260 working hours per month are possible.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees are accommodated in a private house;
- Rooms are shared by 4 people;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Employees need to bring their own bed linen;
- The accommodation is located within a 5–15-minute walk from the workplace.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible under visa-free entry, with a visa, or a residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and installation of plastic components for automotive parts;
- Quality control of finished products;
- Trimming and cleaning excess plastic after processing;
- Applying seals and stickers to finished parts;
- Transporting and organizing finished products and components in the warehouse;
- Maintenance and cleaning of production molds used to manufacture plastic parts.
Additional information:
- The temperature in the production area is around +30°C in summer and +25°C in winter;
- The work is performed standing at production machines, each operating at its own pace;
- The company covers 50% of the cost of lunch;
- Workwear is provided free of charge.
