Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 65 years old.
Place of work: Jablonné nad Orlicí.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 155 CZK/hour net.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift: 06:00–14:00;
- Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
- Third shift: 22:00–06:00;
- If additional hours are available, the shift may last up to 12 hours. Overtime work is agreed upon in advance at the company;
- A 20–30-minute lunch break and an additional 10-minute break are provided;
- On average, employees can work around 180 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge in a dormitory;
- Rooms are usually shared by 3 people, depending on the room, there may be 2 to 4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- The accommodation is equipped with standard single-level beds;
- Employees commute to work by bus or train, and transportation costs are reimbursed.
Type of employment contract: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP).
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Additional information:
- The company manufactures plastic parts;
- The work involves small and lightweight plastic parts;
- Most production processes are automated, so employees do not need to manufacture or process the parts themselves;
- The work takes place in a clean production facility at room temperature;
- Most tasks are performed while standing, but some processes during the shift are also performed while sitting;
- Workwear is provided free of charge: shoes, trousers, and a T-shirt;
- There is a canteen at the company, but employees pay for their meals themselves;
- Accommodation is provided free of charge;
- Transportation costs to the workplace are reimbursed.
Duties:
- Working with small plastic parts;
- Monitoring automated equipment;
- Checking the quality of finished parts;
- Placing finished products into boxes;
- No independent manufacturing or processing of parts is required.
