Place of registration: Warszawa.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 25.36 zł/hour net;
- For students under 26 years old, the rate is 31.40 zł/hour net with valid student status.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. During the Black Friday period, Saturdays or Sundays may also be working days;
- The working day lasts 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- A 30-minute break is provided, with an additional 15-minute break during a 12-hour shift;
- Work takes place during daytime hours only, with no night shifts;
- On average, employees can work 210–270 hours per month.
For an 8-hour working day:
- First shift: 06:00–14:15;
- Second shift: 14:15–22:15.
For a 10-hour working day:
- First shift: 06:00–16:15;
- Second shift: 12:15–22:15.
For a 12-hour working day:
- First shift: 06:00–18:15;
- Second shift: 10:15–22:15.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or private houses;
- Rooms are shared by 3–4 people;
- The accommodation is equipped with standard single-level beds;
- Accommodation costs 450 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees who arrange their own accommodation receive an additional 1.70 zł for each hour worked.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence card.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Polish is required.
Additional information:
- The work takes place in an e-commerce logistics warehouse storing clothing, textiles, household goods, and small household appliances;
- Productivity standards apply at the warehouse, with a minimum number of items to be processed per hour set for each task;
- The first 2–3 weeks are dedicated to training and adaptation. Productivity is not taken into account during this period;
- Transportation is organized from the Błonie Okrzei bus stop and costs 200 zł per month;
- Workwear and safety shoes cost 200 zł;
- The cost of transportation, workwear, and safety shoes is deducted from the salary.
Responsibilities:
- Picking orders using a scanner and a special trolley;
- Moving picked goods to designated areas;
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment;
- Checking returned goods for damage;
- Placing returned goods in the appropriate warehouse locations.
