Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 60 years old.
Place of work: Starowiskitki-Parcel.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 25.84 zł/hour net;
- For students under 26, the rate is 32 zł/hour net with valid proof of student status;
- At the initial stage, a monthly bonus of 200 zł is provided for employees with no absences.
Work schedule:
- Shift-based work schedule;
- The working day lasts 10.5 hours;
- Currently, there is one shift: 08:00–18:30;
- In the future, the schedule is expected to change to 3 working days / 3 working days / 3 days off;
- First shift: 06:00–16:30, second shift: 18:30–05:00;
- The transition to a two-shift schedule depends on the warehouse workload and volume of work;
- Total break time is up to 1 hour, of which 30 minutes are paid;
- As the warehouse is new, the schedule may change depending on operational needs.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in hostels, houses, or apartments, depending on availability;
- Rooms are usually shared by 2–3 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- Accommodation is furnished with standard single-level beds;
- Accommodation costs 600 zł per month in Wiskitki and 750 zł per month in Żyrardów;
- The accommodation cost is deducted from the salary;
- Accommodation placement depends on the number of employees and availability;
- Employees who rent their own accommodation receive an additional 1.20 zł/hour gross.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
