Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old.
Place of work: Głuchów.
Salary:
- The average salary is 5020 zł gross per month;
- A monthly bonus of up to 15%, approximately 600–700 zł gross, is provided for meeting the required productivity target;
- An additional bonus of up to 320 zł gross is available for exceeding 102% of the productivity target;
- An additional 85 zł gross is paid for each Saturday or Sunday worked;
- Overtime is paid at an additional +50%, while work on Sundays and public holidays is paid at an additional +100%.
Work schedule:
- Rotating shift schedule;
- 2 days off per week, which may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- First shift: 05:40–14:00;
- Second shift: 13:45–22:00.
It is also possible to choose night shifts only:
- Night shift: 21:45–06:00;
- Work from Sunday to Thursday;
- Every fourth Sunday is a day off, with Friday becoming a working day instead.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided in apartments, with 2–3 people per room;
- Couples are provided with separate rooms;
- The accommodation is furnished with standard single-level beds;
- Accommodation costs 864 zł per month. Payment must be made directly to the landlord;
- No additional compensation is provided if you rent accommodation independently.
