Cosmetics Warehouse Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Rajhrad.
Salary:
- The basic salary is 30 000 Kč gross per month;
- Night shifts are paid with a 30% bonus;
- Work on weekends is paid with a 30% bonus;
- Work on public holidays is paid with a 100% bonus;
- Overtime hours are paid with a 25% bonus;
- Overtime hours worked on weekends are also paid with a 25% bonus;
- An additional meal allowance of 1,600 Kč per month is provided;
- The average salary, including bonuses, ranges from 32,000 to 34,000 Kč gross per month.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- During the busy period before Christmas, additional night shifts and weekend work may be introduced.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge for employees;
- Employees are accommodated in a dormitory;
- Rooms are shared by 2–3 people;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Rooms are equipped with single and bunk beds;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is provided.
Type of employment contract: Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime and Czech temporary protection.
Additional Information:
- The work is performed while standing and involves constant movement around the warehouse using a scanner;
- The maximum lifting weight is up to 15 kilograms for women and up to 30 kilograms for men;
- Food vending machines are available at the warehouse, where employees can purchase baguettes and ready-made meals. It is also possible to order meals for delivery;
- Employees receive a special discount on purchases from the Notino online store;
- Work clothes and footwear are provided free of charge.
Responsibilities:
- Picking orders and collecting the required products from shelves;
- Working with a scanner and tablet, scanning products and processing order information;
- Checking order completeness and packing completed orders.
