Automotive Parts Production Worker

Candidates: Men up to 45 years old.
Work location: Wrocław.
Salary:
- The basic rate is 30.57 zł/hour gross;
- A monthly bonus of 150 zł gross is paid;
- An additional quarterly bonus of 120 zł gross is paid;
- After one year of employment, a bonus equal to 50% of the monthly salary is provided;
- Work on Saturdays is paid at an additional 100% of the hourly rate;
- Overtime hours are paid at an additional 50% of the hourly rate;
- Night shifts are paid at an additional 20% of the hourly rate.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Additional hours and overtime are available if desired.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 700 zł per month and is deducted from the salary;
- 3–4 people share a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with comfortable beds;
- Employees must bring their own bed linen;
- No compensation is provided for employees who rent accommodation independently.
Type of employment contract: Umowa o pracę.
Required documents: Employment is possible under visa-free entry, with a visa, or with a residence card.
Requirements:
- Communicative knowledge of Polish is required.
Additional information:
- The work is performed indoors and mostly while standing;
- Employees are required to lift parts weighing up to 6 kg;
- Workwear is provided free of charge;
- An interview at the company is required before starting work;
- Employees are expected to be responsible and motivated to work;
- Employees must commute to work independently, as transportation is not provided;
- Hot meals can be ordered at the workplace for 2.50–6 zł;
- Employees receive 2 days of paid leave for each month worked. If any unused leave days remain at the end of the contract, monetary compensation is paid for them.
Responsibilities:
- Production of automotive parts for Mercedes;
- Assembly and installation of brake calipers;
- Quality inspection of finished products;
- Performing other simple production tasks as required.
