Candidates: Men, women up to 47 years old.
Work city: Przyłęki.
Registration city: Bydgoszcz.
Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years of age (with student certificate).
Seniority bonus provided:
- Up to 300 workdays, the bonus is 0.50 zł/hour net (0.62 zł/hour gross);
- After 300 workdays, the bonus increases to 1 zł/hour net (1.24 zł/hour gross).
Work schedule:
- 5 - 6 days per week;
- Floating day off;
- Working day lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- On average, 200 - 250 hours/month.
Work schedule (10-hour working day):
- First shift: 06:00 - 16:00;
- Second shift: 16:00 - 02:00;
- One 30-minute break.
Work schedule (12-hour working day):
- First shift: 06:00 - 18:00;
- Second shift: 18:00 - 06:00;
- One 15-minute break and another 30-minute break.
Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Compensation for private housing is 300 zł/month if the full month is worked (compensation not available for students).
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and packing clothes;
- Removing magnetic tags;
- Sorting returned items;
- Performing operations with a scanner and computer;
- Quality control of products.
Additional information:
- Own work clothing required (long pants);
- Closed-toe work shoes required;
- 180 zł deducted from the first salary for a medical examination;
- Good manual skills required;
- Physical endurance required (approximately 17 km/day walking);
- No prior experience or Polish language knowledge required;
- Tobacco products are prohibited in the workplace;
- Working with loose hair is not allowed;
- Wearing clothing from the “Sinsay” brand is prohibited;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 100 zł/month (not applicable for the Fordon region);
- No public holidays at the workplace;
- 300 zł penalty for absence without notifying the coordinator;
- 2000 zł penalty for quitting without a 14-day notice period.
