Floating work schedule, 8 hours/day

Candidates: Men, women, family couples up to 50 years old.
Work location: Żarów.
Registration location: Wałbrzych.
Salary:
— 4242 zł/month gross average salary;
— +50% overtime pay on weekdays;
— +100% pay for work on weekends;
— +20% pay for night shifts.
Bonuses for working in a four-shift system:
— 50 zł gross for working on Saturday;
— 75 zł gross for working on Sunday;
— 300 zł gross for attendance.
Work schedule:
— Four-shift system;
— Shifts from 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 450 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Housing for a child costs 300 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Own bed linen is required;
— A deposit of 200 zł is required at move-in (refundable upon departure).
Type of employment contract: Umowa o pracę.
Required documents: Possible employment under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.
Additional information:
— Free work clothing and footwear are provided;
— Free transportation to the workplace is provided;
— An advance is available after 10 days of work;
— 2 days of paid leave are provided after each month of work;
— A test must be passed before starting work.
Responsibilities:
— Selection of finished products;
— Packing into boxes;
— Inserting and removing hoses in the machine for further production processes;
— Working in various departments with small production lines and robot machines.
