Candidates: Men up to 40 years old.
Work location: Gródków.
Salary:
- 24.18 PLN/hour net for candidates over 26 years old;
- 25.35 PLN/hour net for candidates up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 PLN/hour net for students up to 26 years old;
- An additional 0.70 PLN/hour net is paid to employees who commute to work using their own transport.
Work schedule:
- 5–6 working days per week;
- 8–12-hour shifts;
- Day and night shifts.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 PLN per month. The fee is automatically deducted from the salary;
- Employees renting their own accommodation receive an additional 1.80 PLN for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a private house;
- 2–4 people live in each room;
- Separate rooms are available for couples;
- The accommodation is furnished with standard single beds.
Type of contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and completing orders with food products.
Additional information:
- The work is performed while standing and moving. The type of work depends on the department you are assigned to;
- Employees use a handheld scanner, a voice-picking system, and an electric pallet truck;
- The warm department has a comfortable room temperature, while the chilled department is maintained at 0 to +5 °C;
- The warehouse has a canteen and vending machines with food and drinks. Employees should bring their own lunch or buy light snacks such as sandwiches and snacks from the vending machines;
- A forklift certificate is required for the job. It costs 250 PLN and is deducted from the final salary;
- The medical examination costs 100 PLN and is also deducted from the final salary;
- If an employee works for more than 6 months, the cost of the forklift certificate and the medical examination is fully reimbursed (no deduction);
- Free transportation is provided from the accommodation to the workplace.
